All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
For personalized or made-to-order jewelry, additional processing time may apply. Customers will be notified by email if extra time is required.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on destination and delivery method.
No hidden charges apply.
3. Delivery Methods & Times
BOXNOW Delivery
Available for Greece, Cyprus, and Bulgaria.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days within Greece, longer for Cyprus and Bulgaria.
ELTA Courier
Available for the following destinations: Greece, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Estonia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and the United Kingdom (UK).
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days within Greece, and longer for international deliveries (varies per country).
4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
All orders are shipped with a tracking number provided to the customer once the package is dispatched.
Signature upon delivery is optional.
5. Customs & Delays
MacrAnima® is not responsible for delays caused by:
Customs inspections,
Courier issues,
Strikes,
Force majeure events.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost or damaged by the courier, customers are entitled to a replacement or full refund.
Customers must notify us promptly if they suspect loss or damage.
7. Shipping Destinations
Orders are accepted and delivered only to the countries listed above (BOXNOW and ELTA Courier service areas).
We currently do not ship worldwide outside these destinations.
